At Scott Inventories we understand that property is a big investment, one which needs to be protected and managed well, and with us being an extension of this, we work with clerks who have expertise in the real estate industry.

 

Clerks are also encouraged to regularly keep abreast of fair wear and tear guidelines and industry legislation. This not only enables us to produce informed and accurate reports, but also minimises any disputes that may arise.

We go the extra mile to ensure that we are consistently providing our clients with the best service. Our inventory clerks will notify you on site of any urgent matters that arise during our inspections- from a non working smoke alarm, to a leak or plumbing issue!

We know that sometimes at the start of tenancies paperwork can be outstanding, and therefore ahead of any check-in we will always ask for your permission to release keys to tenants.

ALL WE ASK

 

A fair cancellation period- 24 hours would be ideal. On the day cancellations may incur a charge.

For check out and interim inspections; we will require copies of the original inventory so we can use this as a point of reference when making our end of tenancy observations.
